Applicant Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements:
- Student Status: Applicants must maintain active student status at their home institution throughout the entire duration of the exchange program.
- Program Commitment & Return Requirements: Applicants must complete the full duration of the program and return to their home country on or before the official program end date, in strict compliance with immigration regulations.
- Scholarship Agreement: Applicants must acknowledge, accept, and comply with all rules, terms, and conditions of the scholarship.
- Overseas Health Insurance: Applicants must possess comprehensive overseas medical and health insurance coverage from their home country throughout their study, research, or training period in Thailand. The insurance benefits must explicitly cover sickness, injury, hospitalization expenses (both In-Patient and Out-Patient), medical and rescuer's expenses, personal liability, and death.
- Personal Financial Responsibility: Applicants must accept sole responsibility for all costs and expenses beyond the specified scholarship coverage.
- Schedule & Attendance for Course-Based Programs: For applicants enrolling in Course-Based Programs (Type: Registering in relevant courses), full-semester participation is required (November 16, 2026 – March 21, 2027). Participants must arrive at Naresuan University on November 12, 2026, and depart no later than March 22, 2027. Any changes to arrival or departure dates strictly require prior approval from the program coordinator and the university. (Note: For Internship and Research Assistantship programs, the duration and travel schedule will follow the specific timeline designated for each project).

Educational Level:
Applicants must be undergraduate students currently enrolled in a recognized higher education institution.
Must have satisfactory academic standing and no serious disciplinary record.
Must be able to communicate in English at a functional level for academic, travel, teamwork, and international activities.
Must demonstrate interest in tourism, events, airline business, hospitality, international business, or intercultural learning.
Must be willing to participate fully in pre-departure preparation, international activities, field visits, group assignments, and the final project presentation.
Must be able to work effectively in a team and demonstrate responsibility, punctuality, adaptability, and respect for others.
Must be willing to interact with international students, lecturers, industry representatives, and partner institutions.
Must have a valid passport, or be able to obtain one before the required travel date.
Must meet the immigration, visa, insurance, health, and travel requirements of the host country.
Must obtain approval from the relevant lecturer/program and, where required, permission from parents or guardians.
Must be able to cover personal expenses or other costs not supported by the GILP A project budget.
Priority may be given to students who demonstrate strong motivation, active participation, good academic performance, and potential to represent NUIC and Naresuan University professionally.

Overview
This GILP A project integrates learning from five courses in Event, Hotel and Tourism Management and the EBC minor. Students will work in multidisciplinary teams to develop a realistic international incentive travel and event proposal for a selected destination.
The project combines airline business management, incentive travel design, creative event development, business law and ethics, and data-driven reporting. Students will apply classroom knowledge to a practical international context through field observation, industry engagement, intercultural learning, and project-based activities.
The final outcome will be a complete international incentive travel and event proposal supported by data, legal and ethical considerations, airline planning, and a creative event concept.
