Applicant Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements:
- Student Status: Applicants must maintain active student status at their home institution throughout the entire duration of the exchange program.
- Program Commitment & Return Requirements: Applicants must complete the full duration of the program and return to their home country on or before the official program end date, in strict compliance with immigration regulations.
- Scholarship Agreement: Applicants must acknowledge, accept, and comply with all rules, terms, and conditions of the scholarship.
- Overseas Health Insurance: Applicants must possess comprehensive overseas medical and health insurance coverage from their home country throughout their study, research, or training period in Thailand. The insurance benefits must explicitly cover sickness, injury, hospitalization expenses (both In-Patient and Out-Patient), medical and rescuer's expenses, personal liability, and death.
- Personal Financial Responsibility: Applicants must accept sole responsibility for all costs and expenses beyond the specified scholarship coverage.
- Schedule & Attendance for Course-Based Programs: For applicants enrolling in Course-Based Programs (Type: Registering in relevant courses), full-semester participation is required (November 16, 2026 – March 21, 2027). Participants must arrive at Naresuan University on November 12, 2026, and depart no later than March 22, 2027. Any changes to arrival or departure dates strictly require prior approval from the program coordinator and the university. (Note: For Internship and Research Assistantship programs, the duration and travel schedule will follow the specific timeline designated for each project).
Additional Project Qualifications:
Applicants must be currently enrolled students at a recognized overseas university, have satisfactory academic standing and sufficient English communication skills, receive endorsement from their home institution where required, demonstrate good conduct and intercultural adaptability, and be able to participate fully in academic activities at Naresuan University for the designated study period.
Educational Level:
Applicants must be undergraduate students currently enrolled in a recognized higher education institution.
General Qualifications for Students Applying for GILP A
Applicants should:
Be currently enrolled as a student at a recognized overseas university or higher education institution.
Maintain active/full-time student status at their home university throughout the exchange period.
Be officially nominated or endorsed by their home university, where required.
Have satisfactory academic standing, normally demonstrated through an academic transcript.
Have sufficient English proficiency to participate in courses taught in English and communicate effectively during academic and campus activities.
Demonstrate good conduct and interpersonal skills and be able to work appropriately in a multicultural environment.
Be willing to participate actively in academic, cultural, and internationalization activities organized by Naresuan University and the host faculty/college.
Be physically and mentally prepared for overseas study and able to participate in the planned academic activities.
Hold a valid passport and be able to obtain the appropriate Thai visa/immigration permission for the duration of the program.
Have adequate health/travel insurance covering the period of stay in Thailand.
Accept responsibility for personal expenses and other costs not covered by the program, where applicable.
Comply with Naresuan University regulations and Thai laws throughout the exchange period.

Activity Details
Overview
The GILP A activity at NUIC provides international students with an opportunity to participate in regular academic courses alongside NUIC students while experiencing Thai university life and intercultural learning.
Students will join selected courses in Human Resource Management and Human Behavior, including Staffing, Recruitment and Selection, Human Behavior, Organizational Change and Development, and Needs Assessment and Human Resource Development.
Throughout the program, students will participate in:
Classroom Learning – Attend regular lectures and learn key concepts related to human resources, people, and organizations.
Group Projects – Work collaboratively with NUIC students on practical projects and organizational case studies.
Case Studies and Problem Solving – Analyze real or simulated workplace situations and propose practical solutions.
Group Discussions – Exchange perspectives on human behavior, workplace practices, and organizational issues in different countries.
Presentations – Develop communication and teamwork skills through individual and group presentations.
Practical HR Activities – Participate in recruitment simulations, interviews, needs assessments, training design, and organizational change activities.
Intercultural Learning – Work closely with Thai and international students to develop intercultural communication and global awareness.
University and Cultural Experience – Experience student life at Naresuan University and participate in appropriate NUIC/NU activities during the exchange period.
Integrated Project
International students will have the opportunity to work with NUIC students on an integrated project:

The project connects the participating courses through the following learning process:
Understand Human Behavior → Identify HR Needs → Recruit and Select Talent → Develop Employees → Manage Organizational Change
At the end of the program, students will present their findings and recommendations, demonstrating both academic knowledge and practical application while strengthening collaboration between international and NUIC students.
Students will join selected courses in Human Resource Management and Human Behavior, including Staffing, Recruitment and Selection, Human Behavior, Organizational Change and Development, and Needs Assessment and Human Resource Development.
