Eligibility: Exclusively for undergraduate students.
Duration: 1 semester or 3–4 months (depending on the international student's academic calendar) between November 2025 – August 2026.
University Financial Support:
- Tuition fees and other university fees
- On-campus accommodation fees (excluding electricity charges)
- Daily allowance for international students (240 Baht/day)

Student Qualification
Be an undergraduate student enrolled at the home institution.
Have a minimum English proficiency equivalent to CEFR B1 or demonstrate the ability to participate in English-medium instruction.
Possess a strong interest in international business, event management, tourism, human resource management, or related fields.
Be willing to participate actively in lectures, workshops, group discussions, case studies, and project-based learning activities.
Demonstrate teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills in a multicultural environment.
Be committed to completing all project assignments, presentations, and assessments throughout the program.
Have a good academic standing as certified by their home institution.
Be physically and mentally fit to participate in both classroom and field-based learning activities.

Activity Details
Overview
Students will work in teams to design a complete international incentive program for a selected organization or business client. The project will include destination selection, program concept development, stakeholder analysis, budgeting, communication campaign, HR considerations, and final evaluation. Students will present their incentive program proposal in English and submit a written business proposal.
