1. Applicants can apply for only one project. The selection will be made by a committee from Naresuan University. Please review the details, study terms, and conditions of each project you are interested in thoroughly before you apply.
2. Please fill out all information completely and accurately in English. (Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.)
3. Please prepare the following documents for upload:

• Photograph (4 cm x 3 cm): A recent, formal, half-length photo showing a full-front view of your face. No hats or head coverings.
  File format: JPG, JPEG, or PNG.    Maximum file size: 3 MB.
• Official academic record issued by your home university (in English)
• Certificate of enrollment issued by your home university
• Recommendation letter issued by a lecturer or academic advisor from your home university
• Statement of study purpose at NU
• Scanned copy of the passport bio-data page
• Certificate of medical health examination (dated no longer than 6 months)
• Certificate of English proficiency test result and scores
