Terms and Conditions for Training Courses

1. Free services for all

2. 1,000 baht cash deposit is required for each course. (Payable at DIALD 4th floor CITCOMS building, Naresuan University to the staff on the first day of training schedule only)

3. Participants will be eligible for a refund of the deposit if they attend at least 80% of the total training duration for each course.
If attendance is less than the required percentage, participants will not be eligible for a refund.
Participants who complete the training (with attendance of at least 80%) will receive a certificate issued by the Language Development Division based on the provided English name.
Please ensure that your first and last name in English are correctly and completely filled in.

4. The registration will be completed after your payment is made at DIALD. Anyone who has not made payment cannot attend the courses offered by DIALD in any case.

5. Please carefully keep the original receipt for getting your refund, if lost, DIALD will not process the refund in any case.

6. On the last day of the training schedule, please submit the following documents to the DIALD staff to initiate the refund process.
- The orginal receipt
- A copy of your bank account
- A copy of your national ID card or passport
** Please note that if any of the above documents is missing, the refund process cannot be completed. **

7. The staff will transfer the refund to your bank account within 30 days after submitting all documents completed at DIALD. Please contact us if you do not receive the refund after that.
